Functions
Feeding a crowd.
Ten plates or eight hundred. Tell us the day and the numbers, and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

What we cook for
Three kinds of job.
Weddings & parties
Braai, rice plates and salads at scale, served hot from covered trays. We can cook on site where there is room for the stand.
Work lunches
Individually plated and boxed so nobody queues. Standing orders for the same day each week are cheaper than one-offs.
Funerals & gatherings
Cooked at short notice where we can. Tell us the numbers and we will be honest about what is possible by when.
How it goes
Four steps, no surprises.
The whole thing is agreed before anybody buys an ingredient.
- 01
Tell us the shape of it
Date, headcount and roughly what you want on the plates.
- 02
We come back with a plan
A menu and a price, usually the same day. Nothing is committed yet.
- 03
Agreed in writing
The deposit and how much notice we need to cancel, both stated plainly.
- 04
We cook
Delivered hot, or cooked on site where there is space for the fire.

Tell us about it.
The more you can say about numbers and timing, the more useful our answer will be.
The honest bits
- How much notice?
- Three days for most things, a fortnight for anything over a hundred. We will say if a date is not possible rather than take it and struggle.
- Deposits
- Agreed in writing before we start. Cancel with the agreed notice and it comes back; cancel on the morning and it will not, because the shopping is done.
- Dietary requirements
- Tell us in the form. Vegetarian and halaal-friendly options are straightforward with notice; we will be clear about what we cannot guarantee in a shared kitchen.
